The main objective of this club is to explore Mathematics beyond textbooks and apply it in day-to-day situations. To prepare students for the competitive world out there with the development of their skills.
The students made geoboards to explore basic concepts in plane geometry such as perimeter, area and the characteristics of triangles and other polygons.
The students were made to solve some basic arithmetic questions in the minimum time. The one who solved in the minimum time was declared the winner.
In this art integrated activity the students made the 3-D shapes and were told about the shapes.
Viyan Jain of class 3 won the Medal of Excellence in SOF Maths Olympiad. He cleared Level – 1 of the Olympiad with flying colors and secured a Gold Medal.
