The school is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) since 1996 yielding toppers for the State and Board for two consecutive years (Rachna Bansal, HBSE State Topper 1995 and Meenu Goyal, HBSE State Topper 1996). The school perpetually, remains the talk of the town for all its strokes of genius including, but not limited to the country's most prestigious Civil Service exam, UPSC erudites like IAS Anu Kumari (AIR I, 2002-03), IRS Amit Jain, IPS Satpal Antil, IRS Ankur Raparia whose names echo the victory of Shiva.
